Workshops on the utilisation of side streams

We offer workshops focusing on specific side streams as well as relevant themes and issues regarding the utilisation of side streams in new products. You can access the list of scheduled workshops here. If you do not find a workshop within your area of interest, you are also welcome to suggest workshop topics, which we will then develop further together with you.

Collaborative projects

We also offer side stream development programs, where we bring together several small partnerships around the development of new products from various side streams for use by food producers or another industry where the products or resources become an ingredient.   

Match-making with producers and recipients of side streams

As a recipient or producer of side stream resources, it may be difficult to find the right partners who match your needs. These can be partners in Denmark or abroad. Food Upcycling also aims to support this with a matchmaking service. Tell us what you are looking for, and we will try to find the right partners via the consortium’s network connections, including the international Food Upcycling platform Foodleap.
