Matchmaking with producers and recipients of side streams

There can be several reasons to look for a collaboration partner regarding side streams, e.g.:

  • You are looking for a recipient of a side stream from your production.
  • You have a recipient, but you need a supplier of a specific technology to treat the side stream before it is sent to the recipient or for further processing at the recipient.
  • You are a supplier of a side stream and have a recipient, but the recipient needs more of the resource, so you are looking for more participants with the same side stream or more recipients of the same side stream.

Matchmaking via Foodleap

On FoodLeap, you can present your company to an international food upcycling network. This allows you to outline your partnership needs and seek international collaboration opportunities.

Similarly, through the network in the Food Upcycling partnership, we can help identify possible Danish collaboration partners within side stream upgrading and application.

Global Food Upcycling Map

Below you can see the Global Food Upcycling Map. The map was developed by DataScouts and Foodvalley, and here you can get an overview of actors working with food upcycling around the world. The map is continuously updated, and one of the goals of the Food Upcycling project is to have 100 Danish actors represented on the map.
