This network keeps you updated on upcycling and utilisation of sidestreams. This time focusing on side streams from vegetable processing.

The vegetable sector generates large quantities of side streams throughout the entire value chain, which have the potential to be utilised.

The theme of this meeting is the conversion of underutilised side streams from the vegetable sector into valuable products through innovation partnerships.

The event is organised in collaboration between FBCD’s Side Stream Network and the project Food Upcycling, carried out in cooperation with Industriens Fond (www.foodupcycling.dk).
