Are you interested in utilizing side streams from your production for new food products?

Then this webinar is for you!

Target Group

Companies working with or considering developing foods based on, for example, side streams, and who need an understanding of the applicable novel food regulations.

Purpose

The purpose is to provide participants with a solid overview of the Novel Food legislation, including when a food is considered ‘novel’, how the application process works, and where to find further information and advice. Along the way, the focus will be on the most important definitions, processes, and stakeholders, and participants will have the opportunity for dialogue and clarification of their own questions, so they will be better equipped to continue working with new and innovative foods in their company.
