Target Audience

The workshop is aimed at businesses, organizations, and entrepreneurs who generate side streams from the coffee industry, or who wish to explore new product opportunities with coffee side streams:

  • Importers, roasteries, cafés, restaurants, meeting and conference companies
  • Food producers, resource management companies, and businesses that may be interested in using coffee side streams in entirely new products
  • Industry organizations and networks
  • Entrepreneurs, decision-makers, production managers and development managers with strategic or operational responsibility for sustainability, product development, or business development
